About Me

I started restoring vintage tractors when I was 12 in 1991 when my Dad bought a 1949 Ferguson TEA20 (As seen below) we stripped it down and repaired the siezed engine with very little knowledge, we however did it in a matter of months, with the help of our neighbour and good friend Ken Briggs, when I left school aged 16 I bought a 1958 Series One Land Rover which I used for a year until it failed its M.O.T, a few years later i stripped it down and gave it a complete re-build, I then bought a lorry full of 2 Land Rover's and loads of bits which were built up, one was sold as a complete vehicle the other was made into a good rolling chassis which was repaired by me and sold to a man to use in place of his rotten one, shortly after I did my second Tractor a 1957 Massey Ferguson 35, this tractor taught me everything from body to engine repairs,   today still based in a Worcestershire Village with a fully equipped workshop I now concentrate on tractors - to sometimes sell or mainly restorations for other people. I cover all areas of Tractor Restoration from complete engine rebuilds and total paint removal and a neat re-spray - or just a quick tidy up, for more information read the 'Your tractor' page on this website.
